Ali is a qualified Psychotherapist and Coach. Pulling on 10 years experience in both business and personal arenas she has created a suite of programmes designed to support and give permanent relief from negative thoughts and behaviours.
Ali uses a range of techniques including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Traditional Talking Therapy ( Psychotherapy) , Timeline Work and Journaling in order to provide an approach which is tailored for each individual need.
Able to work with all levels of trauma recovery, anxiety , stress and grief support, she also specialises in helping those who are suffering from Self Harm and or OCD behaviours and traits. An expert in building confidence and self esteem Ali was voted National Finalist Best Coach in 2017 and is a regular speaker on the motivational talk scene. Ali now works with clients on a Global level.
